(Temperature and Humidity Control)
Hotpack offers four models of Stability Chambers from 10 (275 liters) to 72 cu.ft. (2057 liters). These test chambers are designed to comply with the requirements for Stability Testing of New Drug Substances and Products as defined by ICH (The International Conference of Harmonization of technical requirements for registration of pharmaceuticals for human use).
These models feature precision microprocessor based controls and efficient mechanical air convection for exceptional uniformity and control of temperature and humidity. Interiors and exteriors (except control console) are of corrosion resistant 304 stainless steel. Standard nickel chromium heating elements deliver long life and efficient heating and an automatic over-temperature safety limit prevents excessive temperatures and possible damage to workload or equipment.
A uniform air distribution system sweeps the chamber walls to insure consistency of chamber environment providing gentle horizontal air flow in the product area. Chambers are insulated with urethane foam to assure minimum heat transfer and stable conditions. Doors are key lockable (except benchtop models) and have full gasketing for tight, leak-free closure.
Modular, microprocessor controls are convenient and easy to use, with high-visibility LED digital read outs of temperature and relative humidity.
• Hotpack has four models ranging from 10-72 cu. feet capacities. Temperature ranges are 2 - 70°C (10 and 33 cubic ft. units) and 15-50° (45 and 72 cubic ft. units). Humidity ranges of 20 to 96% (10 and 33 cubic ft units) and 50-80% (45 and 72 cubic ft. units)
• Solid state Multi control system regulates temperature and humidity, features direct touch input for individual digital control of setpoints and has high/low deviation alarms with audible and visible indication.
• Corrosion resistant, all 304 stainless steel including shelves, shelf supports and air plenum.
All Hotpack Stability Chambers are manufactured using the highest quality materials available and feature a 1-year parts and labor warranty.
