Compact, Vertical Cleaning Systems, Models H-1575 and H-1595
The H-1575 washer offers the most features, and largest chamber size available in the smallest possible footprint. Competitors models equipped with similar features, are 33% larger than this model. This difference is even more dramatic when you include the space in the aisle in front of the machine. In addition the models offer a much more ergonomic loading height of 36" off the floor, which means no bending is required by operators when loading or unloading. The unit mounted automatic liquid detergent and neutralizer pumping system, an optional HEPA filtered drying system, and the most advanced control system available give you the best solution for most laboratory glassware cleaning requirements.
The control system features an industrial duty PLC and a large, bright, touch screen operator interface. Select from any one of 15 cycles, 3 of which are factory programmed for simple cleaning processes, and 12 of which are user definable for the most difficult cleaning challenges. The Siemens controller provides complete control of the washer allowing the user to develop sophisticated protocols using our programming wizard that guides you step by step through the process. At each step of the cycle you can select water source (tap, DI), temperature up to 70ºC (180ºF), duration up to 99 minutes, and treatment options. Cycle status is displayed during operation, and an alarm alerts the operator of any fault conditions. System can be password protected at 4 different levels for security, or password protection can be disabled for convenience.

The H-1595 Double Stack is available in 3 models, and offers the ultimate in flexibility.
The system comprises 2 independent microprocessor controlled chambers, offering 4 wash levels.
Depending on the workload and type of glassware being washed, we offer the following alternatives:
H-1595-DD - 2 chambers with DI rinse capability.
H-1595-DS - 2 chambers, one with DI rinse and one with DI rinse and spindle washing capabilities.
H-1595-SS - 2 chambers with DI rinse and spindle washing capabilities.
