Hotpack offers six CO2incubator models for your exacting cell growth requirements. Available in 6, 10 and 33 cu.ft. sizes, these models utilize a dry-wall design. 6 cu ft units are available with a UV decontamination cycle, which takes only 30 minutes to complete, or a traditional moist heat decontamination cycle. The 10 and 33 cu ft units have an external steam generator to boil water outside the chamber and provide a source of clean humidified air. Efficient mechanical convection directs air flow within the chamber. This design provides superior uniformity of temperature, humidity and CO2, and allows rapid recovery of these parameters after door openings.
Hotpack ProCulture®Series
The ProCulture®150UV model offers rapid decontamination in 30 minutes using UV radiation. The high relative humidity,>95%, and high precision temperature and CO2control ensure culture conditions are maintained at optimum levels for growth. The rear wall plenum airflow distribution feature ensures that stable and uniform conditions are maintained throughout the chamber, and rapid recovery is ahieved after door openings. The interiors of the chambers are manufactured from smooth high grade 304 stainless steel with specially designed rounded corners, and all shelves and shelf supports are easily removable for easy, thorough cleaning.
The ProCulture®150 model has the same robust construction and parameters as the UV model, but the more traditional heat cycle decontamination capability . In addition, it has a triple section interior glass screen inside the inner glass door, providing access to individual shelves while minimizing the effect on the overall chamber conditions.
The 33 cu.ft. models feature a self-decontamination cycle to automatically decontaminate the chamber between experiments and exclusive Quadraflow™mechanical air convection system that provides gentle laminar air flow in the product area.
A wide variety of options and accessories are available to extend capabilities even further.
